UK Customers:
Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom a flat rate of £3.99. Orders over £30 receive free shipping.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery.
Refunds:
- We hope you love your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- As a small business we do not pay for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/faulty, in which case we will provide a shipping label via email to use to return your items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit, excluding your original postage fee, will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
International Customers:

- We offer worldwide shipping for all orders outside the United Kingdom. If you cannot see a shipping option to your country, please get in touch via our contact form and we will get this added for you.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- International shipping times may vary between 5-20 business days, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
- Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- International customers are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as our UK customers.
- However, please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any initial shipping charges.
General Terms:
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
